Failure to Pay

Without prejudice to any other right or remedy that it may have, if the Client fails to pay the Supplier any instalment of the Fee or Commission on the due date, the Supplier may:

• suspend all Services until payment has been made in full;
• claim interest on any late payment allowed by legislation; or
• terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
• file an “Unpaid Invoice” dispute on www.disputesregister.org
