FCA supplier clause

We are required by our regulator, the UK Financial Conduct Authority, to categorise our clients. We have categorised the Client as a professional client. The Client may ask us to categorise them as another type of client (a retail client), however on the basis of Inbound Capital's current regulatory permissions, we would be obliged to refuse such a request.
